We are all players and teachers here at Fretz Music and no instrument goes on display until we setup and adjust it as though we were going to buy it and play it ourselves. Even our lowest priced instruments must pass our specs. Some players prefer special setups or string gauges because of their personal playing style, our techs will be glad to set up your new or used instrument per your instructions. Our store was founded on service, and customers since 1955 continue to trust Fretz's to provide them with service second to none.
