Lesson Policy
Tuition for all lessons at Fretz Music Center is $20.00 per half-hour lesson, payable one month in advance. Each monthly tuition payment is determined by multiplying the number of lesson days in each month by $20.00. Payments are due and payable on the FIRST lesson day of EACH month and payable directly to the TEACHER.
Missed lessons will NOT be made-up, or a credit allowed, except for the following reasons:
1.) Teacher unable to teach.
2.) Store closed due to inclement weather.
3.) Store closed for a National Holiday. (SEE ABOVE)
4.) Vacation. (SEE BELOW)
The TEACHER for the above reasons will offer a credit or make-up lesson. If a lesson must be missed, the teacher would appreciate the courtesy of a phone call to the Music Center or as arranged by the teacher.
Vacations
To accommodate family vacations, a credit for a maximum of two (2) lessons per calendar year will be allowed as long as the teacher is notified at least two (2) weeks in advance so he/she can adjust his/her schedule accordingly. Due to our huge schedule and waiting list, it has become impossible to hold times for students who miss regularly, with or without notice.
When the time comes to discontinue lessons, two (2) weeks notice is required, otherwise lessons are ongoing and payable each month.
The student's progress is our first concern, and regular attendance is absolutely necessary to achieve their musical goals.
We welcome any questions or comments and thank you for your support.
